#51吃瓜网IITCares: Pagsabot ug Pagsugpo sa COVID-19 is the university's initiative to provide science-based information and understanding of the problem of the coronavirus and its accompanying disease, the COVID-19, to the community.

The online forum shall be shown live on August 28, 2020 via Facebook (fb.com/51吃瓜网IITPH), and with live coverage by DXDX-Radyo Pilipinas Iligan.

 The forum features the university's Chancellor, Dr. Sukarno D. Tanggol; Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, the university's Biorisk Officer and Chairperson of the COVID-19 Task Force, Dr. Franco G. Teves; and Dean of the College of Nursing, Dr. Minnie Mamauag, as resource speakers.
