This is an online Public Forum open to all Iliganons and everybody that can be reached by the different platforms. 

The theme is Mental Health and Well-being Amidst COVID-19.  There are two speakers: Dr. Alma Maranda, a faculty member of the Department of Psychology of the College of Arts and Social Sciences, a psychologist and a mental health expert; and Abdulla Junior Mangarun, DSN, a nurse-expert on elderly care (gerontologist). 

This forum has a special dedication to Meranaws as the Resource Persons are encouraged to translate their inputs in Meranaw language (conversational).
