KASAMA mo kami is an audio podcast, an event organized by the KASAMA in line with the Mental Health Month, in collaboration with the Office of Guidance and Counselling, Motivation Philippines, Quaranteens, and I Am Here. This will be conducted online via ZOOM with invited professional guests from the Motivation Philippines and the OGC, together with chosen students of IIT. In the program proper, guests are expected to talk about mental health and its stigmas, and how to break them. This will be an interactive conversation wherein questions that were collected from the students are answered, and it also includes a trivia portions where listeners can have a chance to win a certain amount of mobile load through commenting their answers to KASAMA Connect. This podcast aims to give enlighten the students of IIT and other listeners about the stigmas on mental health here in the Philippine, and hopefully give them a breather from academic work. |
