This is a webinar series for music that will provide our students and faculty various insights and perspectives that can only be conveyed by recognized experts in the field. This online platform provides the opportunity to hear from these speakers without the necessity of travel.

This webinar series for music is headed by Prof. Ernesto "Bajo" Zaldua, Jr. and brought to you by the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø-IIT Office of the Chancellor, College of Arts and Social Sciences and the Department of Philosophy and Humanities in cooperation with the Center for Culture and Arts Studies with the support of the Octava Choral Society.

The invited speakers are Raul C. Navarro, PhD for Protest Music from the Spanish Period to the Marcos Regime; Jose S. Buenconsejo, PhD on the topic of Novelty Music in the Philippines; Ramon P. Santos, PhD on Modernism in Lumad Creative Expressions; and Aga Mayo Butocan for Traditional Music and the Academe.
