The forum features Hon. Rudolf Charles Tamula, Chairperson of Iligan City's Committee on Water; Engr. Josephus Albao, Officer-in-Charge of Iligan City Waterworks System; and Asst. Professor Joel Opon, faculty member of the College of Engineering and Technology, as resource speakers. |
