The College of Science and Mathematics Research and Extension Moments (CREM) is a monthly webinar series of the College where faculty members share their completed/on-going research and extension projects and plans.

In this webinar, Dr. Ivane P. Gerasmio, a faculty member of the Department of Marine Science (DMSc), will talk about shrimp immunity, particularly the development of alternative ways to antibiotic treatment and therapy. This includes the incorporation of 5-aminolevulinic acid in feeds and the use of chicken egg yolk immunoglobulin (IgY) for passive immunization.
