Learning and Development Program Protection from All Forms of Online Exploitation and Abuse in ASEAN

Description:

This online program has focused on L&D, the engagement in Gender and Development, specifically learning the two Republic Acts, namely, (A) RA 7877: AN ACT DECLARING SEXUAL HARASSMENT UNLAWFUL IN THE EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION OR TRAINING ENVIRONMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES, and
(B) RA 11313: AN ACT DEFINING GENDER-BASED SEXUAL HARASSMENT IN STREETS, PUBLIC SPACES, ONLINE, WORKPLACES, AND EDUCATIONAL OR TRAINING INSTITUTIONS, PROVIDING PROTECTIVE MEASURES AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES THEREFOR.

CMO 01.s 2015 and RA 9710 also emphasized the engagement of all CHED personnel and all higher education institutions in Gender and Development.

Objectives:
After the training the participants will be able to:


1. Apply the concepts of decorum and investigation
2. Implement or strengthen the Committee on Decorum and Investigation in its own HEI/ agency.
3. Generate the implementing rules and regulation of Sexual Harassment Act and Safe Spaces Act for its own school/agency through its office manuals /records
