The Department of Extension will hold a training on the Fundamentals of Project Social Impact Assessment on October 5-6, 2021 under the implementation of Innovation thru Leveraging Industry, Government, Academe Networks and inclusive Community Engagement (ILIGANiCE) Program. The training will be held online-blended approach (Synchronous and Asynchronous) and is open for all IIT interested faculty and ILIGANiCE members.

The objectives of this training is to 1). Enable faculty/researchers to integrate aspects of impact assessment, especially social impact in the drafting of project proposals, 2). Capacitate faculty/researcher to conduct social impact assessment for their own or other stakeholders’ project. The Resource Speaker of the 2-day training will be Mr. Carlo Sagun, the Program Director of Bayan Academy’s Consultancy and Research and Technologies (CREST).
