The capacity building shall focus on the topic "Scenario Research Development & Strategy." Prof. Shermon O. Cruz, Director and Chief Futurist of the Center for Engaged Foresight (a premier future thinking and strategic foresight innovation and consulting firm), will be the resource person. |
