At present, keeping those selfies costs a lot of energy. A new paradigm in low energy data storage is progressing by using tiny magnets in the form of Magnetic Tunnel Junctions (MTJ). In this webinar, we discuss the physics and device engineering of nanometer scale shape- anisotropy MTJs. |
