In cooperation with the Philippine Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the Philippine Academy Craniomaxillofacial Surgery, FAB LABs Philippines and ILIGANiCE will be conducting FAB Health Philippines: Training Workshop on 3D Printing for Otorhinolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery this March 12, 19 and 26, 2022. Participated nationwide by academic institutions, medical centers, fabrication laboratories and additive manufacturing industry partners, this year’s installation of FAB Health intends to train head and neck surgeons on the transformation of DICOM files to STL files using Slic3r, editing of the 3D models using Meshmixer, 3D file preparation using Cura and hands-on operations of Ultimaker 3D printers. This event is organized by PSO-HNS Northern Mindanao Chapter and FAB LAB Mindanao of the Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology. |
