The Department of English of the College of Arts and Social Sciences and the Department of Professional Education of the College of Education have co-organized this webinar with our esteemed Resource Speaker: Dr Rodney Jubilado from University of Hawa’I, Hilo, Hawai’I USA. 

The webinar aims to: 

1. show the current state of language research in the Philippines vis-à-vis directions of research in the global context;
2. understand issues and opportunities for in-depth research directions; and 
3. explore other topics, experiences, and practices in English Language Studies in general. 

English Language scholars, teachers, and enthusiasts are encouraged to seize this opportunity to learn and gain more insights from our esteemed resource speaker and hopefully to forge future research endeavors with fellow participants.
