Rationale: The promise to "leave no one behind" is a crucial component of the SDGs, acknowledging that the 169 targets must be realized for all parts of society, including marginalized groups and vulnerable people, in order to eradicate poverty and establish a sustainable developed world. As a result, this principle is particularly important for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex (LGBTI) people who are systematically excluded from society due to their true or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and sex characteristics (SOGIESC). Due to pervasive and persistent individual and systemic discrimination against gender and sexually diverse communities, the health of the LGBTQI community has less access to excellent health care and underutilized health care services as a result of fear or lack of trust. Jackson et al. point out that healthcare personnel's negative/prejudiced views, combined with systematic discrimination, expose gender and sexually diverse patients to bias, discrimination, and inferior care. Gender and sexually varied experiences are routinely excluded from medical history-taking formats (such as intake and other medical forms), which may discourage the disclosure of gender identity, sexual orientation, and health-related behavior or circumstances. As a result, LGBT people may avoid or delay seeking medical help (such as screening for various diseases) and/or remain silent about serious health issues. This panel discussion aims to:
