QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold a BS degree in Engineering, preferably Civil/Environmental Engineering
• Must have a master’s degree or PhD in Environmental Engineering or a closely related field from a reputable university
• Must have at least 2 years of teaching experience
• Must have at least 8 hours of relevant training

1. Duly accomplished and Notarized Personal Data Sheet (PDS) (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) with recent passport-sized ID pictures and thumb mark affixed on the space provided together with the Work Experience Sheet which can be downloaded at
2. Performance rating in the present position for one (1) year (if applicable);
3. Photocopy of Transcript of Records;
4. Photocopy of Diploma;
5. Photocopy of Certificate of Training/s
6. Certificate of Employment; (if applicable);
7. Service Record; and
8. Resume (5 copies)
