Salary: Php 15,208.80/month

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any Bachelor's degree;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Strong time-management skills;
  • Knows how to utilize the LaTeX software system for typesetting documents (in mathematics); 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Prior experience in performing related tasks.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Searches and prints necessary papers needed by the project leader;
  • Calendars activities related to the implementation of the project;
  • Records minutes of meetings of researchers of the project;
  • Encodes outputs of the project;
  • Helps in the distribution of the project supplies to the different researchers under the research program/project;
  • Assists in the preparation of project progress/accomplishment reports;
  • Prepares communications, financial documents (T.O., DV, PR, JOR, etc);
  • Follow-up and expedite financial, administrative and procurement transactions related to the project/projects under the 2026 CMPTS- ResProGraThAA program;
  • Performs other tasks related to the implementation of the project as assigned by the Project Leader
