Project Title: Spatio-temporal modelling of Infectious Disease using Poisson Zero-inflated and Hurdle Beta Negative Binomial INGARCHX Models.

Salary: Php 15,208.80/month

Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather and collect data for the project; 
• Can do exploratory data analysis
• Able to do data management, such as extraction, transformation, and load data.
• Able to do basic simulations of some probability distributions 
• Can do basic statistical analysis or have background in statistical modelling.
• Carry out simulations and research according to protocols set by the primary researchers; 
• Carry out related activities of the assigned project.
• Attend project meetings; 
• Maintain CCAM computing equipment and do inventory of materials and supplies for the research; 
• Set up the CCAM as necessary in the conduct of a computing activity; 
• Enforce safety and health protocols and orderly conduct of computing activities inside the CCAM; and 
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
