Qualifications:
- At least a
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience in
academic or research assistance is an advantage.
- Strong
organizational, documentation, and clerical skills.
- Basic
knowledge of data collection, encoding, and analysis methods.
- Proficient in
MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to
work collaboratively in a research team environment.
- Familiarity
with research ethics and data privacy standards (RA 10173).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in
preparing research instruments, materials, and documentation.
- Support data
collection activities such as surveys, interviews, and
fieldwork.
- Encode,
clean, and organize research data and datasets.
- Assist in
preliminary data analysis and literature review.
- Help prepare
progress reports and project documentation.
- Coordinate
logistical arrangements for meetings, fieldwork, and dissemination
activities.
- Maintain
accurate records of all research-related activities and files.
- Ensure
compliance with ethical standards and data privacy protocols.
- Provide
administrative support including scheduling, communication, and
coordination.
- Collaborate
with the research team to ensure timely completion of outputs.
