The UniFAST Free Higher Education Act, officially known as the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (RA 10931), is a Philippine law that provides free tuition and other school fees in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs), and state-run technical-vocational institutions.
Recipients: All current undergraduate students may avail of the benefit for a maximum of five (5) years, except those pursuing a second undergraduate degree.
